Construction standards will be a regular topic in these posts. Today we wanted to share a form we have used over the years. Typically the form was given to our clients just prior to closing and turning over their new home. But we made a point of referring to construction standards and expectations during design and throughout the course of the project. We called this form “helpful hints-regarding construction standards”.
